Dişi köpeklerde ovaryohisterektominin vücut ağırlığı, total kolesterol, trigliserit, karaciğer enzim değerleri ve glikoz seviyesi üzerine erken dönem etkilerinin araştırılması

Dişi köpeklerde ovaryohisterektominin metabolizma faaliyetleri üzerine etkisini araştıran pek çok çalışma yapılmış ve kısırlaştırmanın metabolizmayı yavaşlatıcı etkisi ve bunun sonuçları üzerinde durulmuştur. Sunulan bu çalışmada da farklı ırk, yaş ve bakım şartlarındaki dişi köpeklerde kısırlaştırmanın erken dönemde vücut ağırlığı ve serum total kolesterol, trigliserit, alkalen fosfataz, alanin aminotransferaz, aspartat aminotransferaz ve glikoz değerleri üzerine etkisinin araştırılması amaçlandı. Bu amaçla 15 dişi köpekte kısırlaştırma operasyonundan hemen önce ve operasyon sonrası 3, 6. ve 12. aylarda açlık serum total kolesterol, trigliserit, alkalen fosfataz, alanin aminotransferaz, aspartat aminotransferaz ve glikoz değerleri ile vücut ağırlıkları saptandı. Early effect of ovariohysterectomy on body weight, total cholesterol, triglyceride, liver enzyme and glucose levels in bitches

There have been many studies which investigated the effect of ovariohysterectomy on metabolic activity in bitches. The slowing down effect of ovariohysterectomy on metabolism and it’s results was emphasized by the researchers. The purpose of the presented study is to determine the early term effects of neutering on bodyweight, serum total cholesterol, trigliceride, alkaline phosphatase, alanin aminotranspherase, aspartate aminotranspherase and glucose values in bitches with different breed, age and living conditions. For this purpose serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, glucose levels and body weight of 15 bitches were determined at pre-operative and post-operative 3rd - 6th and 12th months.
