ÇALIŞAN KADININ SORUNU: ÇATIŞAN ROLLER, SORUMLULUKLAR VE BEKLENTİLER GIDA SEKTÖRÜ ÖRNEĞİ

Öz Is ve aile insan yasaminin iki önemli alanini olusturmakta ve bunlara iliskin beklenti ve sorumluluklar sik sik çatismaktadir. Yasam; çatisma, sorumluluk ve beklentilerle doludur. Bu nedenle is/yasam dengesi toplumda birincil konulardan biri olmaya baslamistir.Is aile çatismasi özellikle kadinlar açisindan önemli bir olgu olarak belirginlesmektedir. Bu çalisma, kadinin açisindan is aile çatismasinin etkilerini, çatismanin dogasini ve etkilerini bertaraf edebilme yollarini arastirmaktadir. Bu çalisma, gida sektöründe 300 kadin üzerinde gerçeklestirilmistir.
