Saray ilçesi orman köylerinin sosyo-kültürel sorunları
Doğa/kaynaklarımız arasında çok önemli bir yeri olan, orman varlığımız yüzyıllar İıöyu süregelen ve daima insanın karşılıksız almasına dayanan bir ilişki sürejcjjide fiziksel ve genetik olarak büyük ölçüde erozyona uğramıştır. Bu tek taraflı işleyen süreç içinde; insan kavramı ormandan ayrı düşünülemez konuma gelmiştir. Orman ve insan diyalogu içinde orman köylüleri farklı bir öneme sahiptir. Geçimlerini genellikle ormancılıktan sağlayan bu kesim, kırsal alan içinde yer alan en düşük gelirli kesimlerden birisidir. Bunun etkisiyle de ormana olumsuz bir yörtelim gündeme gel¬mektedir. Bu gerçekten hareketle, "orman köylüleri olarak anılan vatan¬daşların, içinde bulunduğu ekonomik, toplumsal, kültürel koşulların bilin¬mesi ve gerekli iyileştirmelerin yapılması gereklidir. Bu çalışmada,. Saray İlçesi Orman Köylerinin Sosyo-Kültürel sorunları incelenmeye ve konuya bu yöreden ışık tutulmaya çalışılmıştır.
Social-cultural problems of forest villages in Saray
There exists a close relation between man and environment. Unfortunately, it has been sejSîİVJJMİt-this relation generally has adverse effects on the envi¬ronment,'-.'fit' Being one of thfe rftain elements of the environment, forest is also faced with the threat of man in terms of high population, growth rate, urban-rural population balance and immigration. Forests are sometimes left alone against this threat as there is neither enough protection against man nor enough regulation for the utilization.Within this "threat" and "struggle", forest vil¬lagers who.live in or near the forest play an important role with their social-cultural structure that is emphasized in this research as they work against the forest with their utilization,while their existence depends on the forest. The main purpose this research is to figure out the social- cultural struc¬ture of forest villages in Saray, with the method of observation and question¬naire.
