Kent gelişimi sürecinde açık ve yeşil mekan gereksiminin Çanakkale örneğinde irdelenmesi
İmar ve İskan Bakanlığı'nın standartlarına göre belediye sınırları içerisinde kişi başına 7m2 aktif yeşil alan ayrılması gerekmektedir. Araştırmada bu norma göre Çanakkaje-Belediyesi sınırları'içerisinde açık ve yeşil mekan gereksinimi irdelenmijtir>';İniîii' uygulama planlarında önerilen-gerçekleşen açık ve yeşil alanların envanteri oluşturulmuştur. Bireye yönelik özellikler, boşzaman süresi, rekreasyonel eğilimler, açık ve yeşil mekan gereksinimleri ve bunların mahallelere göre değişim ve farklılıklarının saptanması amacıyla 2320 deneğe anket uygulanmıştır. Bakanlığın normlarına ve anket sonuçları göre tespitler birbiriyle karşılaştırılmış ve yeşil alan envanteri ile alan açığı saptanmıştır. Kent. gelişimi sürecinde yapılacak yeşil alan planlamalarına ve ortaya çıkabilecek yeşil alan sorunlara yönelik öneriler getirilmiştir.
A study on open and green space need in city planning process (A case study in Çanakkale)
According, to standards of Ministry of Construction and Housing within municipality: boundaries, the. open green space must be at least 7.0 square meters pe^'pej^pn. In present study, the open and green space needs on the base of seven distcicjts within the boundaries of Çanakkale municipality-according to the standards of Ministry of Construction and Housing have been examined. The natural and cultural factors which are "the characteristics of the determination of the'open space needs have also been studied according to settlements in the level of province, town and surrounding areas. Green and open spaces which are proposed in the construction plan and applied have been determined, and it has resulted in the 'Inventure of Green and Open Spaces'. In order to find out leisure, leisure habits and the attitude and the manner of use of open and green spaces through people and their recreational tendencies, open and green space needs on district bases 2320 people have filled questionnaire. The deficit of open and green spaces has been determined by comparing the open and green space needs which are de¬termined according to the standards of Ministry of Construction and Build¬ing with the inventure of green space of the town. In conclusion the sugges¬tions devoted to the green space planning and to the most likely emerging problems related green space systems of the town have been made.
