Finding New Property That Belonging to The Debtor After Closing of The Bankruptcy (Clause 255 of Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law)

After closing of the bankruptcy, there can be a good or right that belongs bankrupt but is not included in bankrupt's estate, and should be included in bankrupt's estate. In this case, there will be a hope for creditors that could not have obtained their credits. If there is a property or right that not subject to liquidation after the closing of the bankruptcy, bankruptcy office will convert that property or right into money and distribute money to creditors that could not collect exactly their credits, according to the order.
