BİREY-ÖRGÜT UYUMUNUN AÇIKÇA KONUŞMA DAVRANIŞI ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİNDE ALGILANAN YÖNETİCİ DESTEĞİNİN ARACILIK ROLÜ: MBA ÖĞRENCİLERİNE YÖNELİK BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Bu çalışmanın amacı, kişilerin birey örgüt uyumumun algılamış oldukları yönetici desteği aracılığı ile çalışanın açıkça konuşma davranışları üzerindeki etkisi ve çalışanların demografik özellikler açısından birey örgüt uyumu, yönetici desteği algısı ve çalışanın açıkça konuşma davranışındaki farklılıkları ortaya koymaktadır. Çalışma, bir vakıf üniversitesinde MBA yapan, aynı zamanda çalışan 249 kişi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde temel betimsel istatistik analizleri,  t-testi, Anova analizi ve regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, birey örgüt uyumunun çalışanın açıkça konuşma davranışı üzerindeki etkisinde algılanan yönetici desteğinin kısmi aracı değişken rolü ortaya konulmuş ve katılımcıların medeni durumuna göre birey-örgüt uyumunda, pozisyona göre birey-örgüt uyumu ve açıkça konuşma davranışında, çalışma hayatında bulunma süresine göre ise birey-örgüt uyumunda farklılıklar saptanmıştır.

In this study, concept of person-organization fit, employee voice behavior, and the mediating role of perceived supervisor support are discussed. This study includes a research conducted by 249 MBA students who study in one of the private universities affiliated by the foundations in Turkey. At the same time they are in working life. The data analysis includes descriptive statistics, t-test, Anova and a regression analysis. The results show that the effect of person-organization fit on employee voice behavior is partially mediated by perceived supervisor support. According to results there are differences in personorganization fit regarding marital status, in person-organization fit and employee voice behavior regarding positions, and also in person- organization fit regarding the length of work life.
