Human resource management calls for managers of various organizations tounderstand various concepts that are crucial for the success of the organizationas a whole. It is a well-known and largely accepted phenomenon that people arethe most important resource that an organization can have. In order to utilizethis resource by means of getting the best out of employees, it is crucial tounderstand the notions of employee satisfaction, organizational commitment andthe relationship that exists between the two. This is a research conducted underIstanbul Aydin University that was designed with the primary aim of analyzingthe relationship between employee satisfaction and organizational commitment.
