The use of crop oil as an alternative fuel in a diesel engine

In this study; the effect of crop oil as an alternative fuel used in a diesel engine was investigated experimentally. When 100 % crop oil and 50% with mixture of diesel engine are used the changes in performance and the differences between the two types of fuel have been determined. The results show that there is a possibility of using crop oil as an diesel fuel in the view of the engine performance, fuel economy and exhaust emissions.
