Zorunlu Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı Kişilerarası Çarpıklık Tutumunu ve İşten Ayrılma Niyetini Etkiler mi? Eğitim Sektöründe Bir Araştırma

Bu çalışmada, öğretmen ve akademisyenlerin zorunlu örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışlarının (ZÖVD)işten ayrılma niyeti ve kişilerarası çarpıklık üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla, Ankara’da görev yapan 175 öğretmen ve akademisyenden anket yoluyla elde edilen veriler analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada her bir değişkene ait doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (DFA) yapısal eşitlik modeli (AMOS) ile yapılmıştır. Değişken¬ler arası ilişkileri ortaya koymak için korelâsyon analizi, hipotezlerin test edilmesi maksadıyla hiyerarşik regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Bulgulara göre, öğretmen ve akademisyenlerde Zorunlu Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı, işten ayrılma niyeti ve kişilerarası çarpıklık üzerinde önemli etkilere sahiptir. Bu bağlamda, ZÖVD’nin hem kişilerarası çarpıklık hem de işten ayrılma niyeti ile pozitif ilişkili olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular ışığında, öğretmen ve akademisyenlerin etkinliğini ve verimliliğini artırabilmek için eğitim sektörü yöneticilerine de konu ile ilgili önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Bu kapsamda özellikle, öğretmenler üzerindeki baskının azaltılması onların işten ayrılma niyetleri ve kişiler arası çarpıklık yaşamalarında olumlu etkiler sağlayacağı vurgulanmıştır.

Does Compulsory Organızatıonal Cıtızenshıp Behavıor Affects the Attrıbutıon of Interpersonal Devıance and Intentıon to Quıt? A Research on Educatıon Sector

In this study, the effects of teachers’ and academicians’ Compulsory Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (COCB) on their intention to quit and interpersonal deviance have been examined. For this purpose, the data obtained through a survey from 175 participants working in the education sector in Ankara were analyzed. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) of each variable was performed with the structural equation model (AMOS). In order to reveal the relationship between variables correlation analysis and to test the hypotheses hierarchical regression analysis have been carried out. According to the findings, it has been observed that teachers’ and academicians’ perceptions of COCB have significant effects on their interpersonal deviance and intention to quit. In this context, it has been concluded that COCB is positively related to both interpersonal deviance and intention to quit. In light of the findings obtained, suggestions for education sector managers have been presented in order to increase the efficiency and productivity of education sector employees In this context, it was emphasized that reducing the pressure on teachers will have positive effects on their intention to quit and interpersonal deviance.
