Seizures presented with severe apneic-bradycardic attacks: A case report
Apneik-bradikardik ataklarla karakterize epilepsi olgusu
Convulsive apnea is rarely seen after neonatal period, and it is infrequently accompanied to severe bradycardia. We present a 4-month-old boy with convulsive apnea associated with bradycardia. Careful clinical assessment of the infant revealed partial seizures characterized by staring, tonic deviation of the eyes and head just before apneicbradycardic attacks. This case indicates that comprehensive procedures is not always necessary for the diagnosis of epilepsy.
