Açık kalp cerrahisi sonrası brakial pleksus hasarında steroid enjeksiyonu

Brakial pleksopatiler median sternotomilerden sonra sık görülür ve minör semptomlardan şiddetli yetersizliğe kadar değişen yalanmalara neden olur. Yazımızda açık kalp ameliyatı sonrası brakial pleksus hasarı gelişen, brakial pleksus çevresi dokuya lidokain ve triamsinolon asetonid enjeksiyonu ile düzelen iki olgu sunuldu.

Steroid injection in brachial plexopathy seen after open heart surgery

Brachial plexopathies are common after median sternotomies and vary from those causing minor symptoms to the ones producing major disability. We describe two patients who developed symptoms consistent with brachial plexopathy after coronary artery bypass surgery and treated with lidocaine and triamcinolone acetonide by interscalen brachial plexus block.
