Uluslararası Yeşil Bina Sertifika Sistemlerinin İncelenmesi ve Tasarlanan Ulusal Sertifika Sisteminin Kullanımı: Bir Kampüs Binası ile Vaka Çalışması

Günümüzde yeşil binaları değerlendiren sertifika sistemlerinin kullanımı giderek yaygınlaşmakla beraber inşaat sektöründeki aktörlerin ilgisi ve toplumun sürdürülebilirlik hakkındaki farkındalığı da her geçen gün arttırmaktadır. Binaların çevresel etkilerini azaltmak amacıyla kullanılan sertifika sistemleri, özellikle gelişmekte olan ülkelerde uygulama esnasında zorluklar çıkarabilmektedirler. Sertifikalar, doğası gereği ortaya çıktıkları ülkelerde yüksek verimlilik sergilerken uluslararası kullanımda her ülkenin öncelikleri farklılık gösterebileceğinden elde edilen verimde sertifikaların esneklikleri ile ters orantılı bir düşüş yaşanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, yaygın kullanımı olan uluslararası sertifika sistemlerinin karşılaştırmalı bir analizi sunulmaktadır. Mevcut sertifika sistemlerinin eksik yanları belirlenerek bölgesel adaptasyonu yüksek bir ulusal sertifika oluşturulmuştur. Son olarak, İstanbul’da yer alan bir üniversite kampüsündeki Mühendislik Fakültesi binası LEED ve yeni ulusal sertifika sistemi ile değerlendirilmiş ve elde edilen sonuçlardaki farklılıklar yorumlanmıştır.
