Ses ve mana kusurlarından arınmış; telaffuzu açık, manası anlaşılır, dili sade ve akıcı, kulağa hoş gelen ve dizimi mükemmel olan fasih bir kelâmın muktezâ-yı hale uygun olması anlamına gelen Belâgat ilmi, Meâni, Beyân ve Bedî’ olmak üzere üç ana bölümden oluşur. Biz bu makalemizde Meâni ilmini genel hatlarıyla ele alıp Kur’ân-ı Kerimdeki bazı uygulamalarına işaret edeceğiz.

The science of Arabic rhetoric means that going with the territory for correct speech, which purified from defects of voice and sense, pronounceable, simple and fluent, melodious and perfect composed consists of three branches: Ma‘ani or semantics, Bayan or eloquent expression, and Badi’ or rhetorical figures. This paper discusses the principles of ma‘ani by indicating their applications to the Qur’anic verses.
