Dünya Süt ve Süt Ürünleri Üretim, Tüketim, Fiyat ve Ticaretindeki Gelişmeler

Dünyada, son yıllarda meydan gelen ekonomik gelişim ve dönüşüm süt ve süt ürünleri üretim, tüketim ve ticaretini de etkilemiştir. Özellikle gelişmekte olan ülkelerde kişi başına düşen gelir ve nüfustaki artış zorunlu gıda maddesi olan ve insan beslenmesinde önemli bir yer tutan süt ve süt ürünleri tüketimini arttırmıştır. Süt ve süt ürünleri talebinde meydana gelen bu artış, süt ve süt ürünleri üretiminin ve ticaretinin de artmasına neden olmuş ve özellikle gelişmekte olan ülkelerde süt ve süt ürünleri sektörünün, ulusal ve uluslararası yatırımlar çeken bir pazar haline dönüşmesine katkı sağlamıştır. Bu çalışmada dünya süt ve süt ürünleri üretim, tüketim, yat ve ticaretinde meydana gelen değişmelerin genel bir değerlendirmesi yapılarak dünyadaki trendin ne yönde olduğu vurgulanmaya çalışılmıştır. Dünyada toplam süt üretiminin giderek arttığı ve üretimde AB (% 20.57) ilk sırayı alırken onu sırası ile Hindistan (% 16.56) ve ABD (% 12.05) izlemektedir. Dünyada kişi başına süt tüketimi 2006 yılında 101 kg iken, 2012 yılında 109 kg yükselmiştir. Dünyada süt ürünleri üretim, tüketim ve ticaretinde de artış trendi devam etmektedir. Özellikle son yıllarda Yeni Zelanda ve Avusturalya’nın süt ürünleri ihraç pazarındaki payı artarken, AB’nin payı azalmaktadır. Dünya süt ürünleri ithalat pazarında Çin, Rusya, Meksika ve Japonya’nın ağırlığı devam etmektedir.

Milk and Milk Products Production, Consumption, Price and Trade Developments in World

In recent years around the world, the economic development and transformation occurring in milk and milk products production have affected consumption and trade. Especially in developing countries, the increase in per capita income and population required additional milk and milk products which hold an important place in human nutrition. This increased demand for milk and dairy products led to an increase in milk and dairy products production and trade especially in developing countries. As a result of these developments, milk and milk products sector has become an area to attract national and international investments. In this study, the objective is to make an overall assessment of the world of milk and dairy products in terms of production, consumption, prices and trade and to determine the changes and emphasize the trends in these areas. E.U. ranks rst in total milk production (20.57%) fallowed by India (16.56 %) and the U.S. (12.05 %). Per capita milk consumption in the World has increased from101 kg in 2006, to 109 kg in 2012. The upward trend in World milk production, consumption and trade continues. Especially in recent years New Zealand and Australia’s export market share for dairy products is increasing while the EU’s share is declining. The importance of China, Russia, Mexico and Japan continues in the imports of dairy products.
