Bu çalışmada, karadutun (Morus nigra L.) odun çeliklerinin köklenmesi üzerine farklı hormon dozlarının etkisi araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada, alt ısıtmalı ve alt ısıtmasız perlit ortamı kullanılmıştır. Hormon uygulamalarının köklenme yüzdesini, şahide göre önemli derecede arttığı gözlenmiştir. Özellikle alt ısıtmalı ortamda hormonların etkisi daha belirgin olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Alt ısıtmasız ortamda en yüksek köklenme oranı % 60.4 ile 7500 ppm IBA’dan eld edilirken, alt ısıtmalı ortamda en yüksek köklenme oranı % 89. 3 ile 5000 ppm IBA’dan elde edilmiştir. Ayrıca, 7500 ppm IBA uygulanan alt ısıtmalı ortama dikilen çeliklerde, çelik başına kök sayısı da diğer uygulamalara göre önemli derecede yüksek bulunmuştur. 

In this study, the effects of different hormones on rooting of hardwood cuttings of mulberry were investigated. Having been treated hormones, the cutting were planted in perlite with bottom heat and without bottom heat. These increases were statically significiant. The effect hormones was particularly evident in bottom heat. All treatments of hormones increased rooting percentage according to control treatment. The most rooting percantages in bottom heat and without bottom heat were obtained as 89.3 % with treatment by 5000 ppm IBA and 60.4 % with treatment by 7500 ppm IBA, respectively. Moreover, in bottom hea, 7500 ppm IBA increased statically significantly the number of root per cutting according to the other treatments.
