Tarsus Müzesi Bizans Altın Sikkeleri

Bu çalışmada Tarsus Müzesi envanterine kayıtlı 16.637 sikkeden, Bizans Dönemi'ne ait 24 altın sikke incelenerek, bu sikkelerin 10 adedinin Solidus, 2 adedinin Semissis, 6 adedinin Tremessis, 1 adedinin Histamenon, 4 adedinin Histamenon Nomisma (Çukur), 1 adedinin de Elektron Aspron Trachy olduğu saptanmıştır

Byzantine Gold Coins in Tarsus Museum

This study examines 24 gold Byzantine coins out of the 16,637 coins recorded in the inventory of Tarsus Museum, and presents that 10 of these coins were Solidus, 2 coins were Semissis, 6 coins were Tremessis, 1 was Histamenon and 4 were Histamenon (concave), and 1 was Aspron Trachy
