Kurumlar arası elektronik ticaretin bir uygulaması

Elektronik ticaret, internet üzerindeki tüketiciye ve kurumlara yönelik tüm işlemleri kapsamaktadır. Kurumdan tüketiciye yönelik (B2C-Business-to-Consumer) Elektronik Ticaret dünyada olduğu gibi Türkiye'de de yaygın olarak gerçekleştirilmektedir, Buna karşılık kurumlar arasında ise (B2B Business to Business) bilgi değişimi ve bilgiyi işleme standartı olmadığı için, henüz çok yaygınlaşmamıştır. Bu nedenle günümüzde, kurumlar arasındaki teknolojik uyumu sağlamak, globalleşen dünyamızda önemli bir problem olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Kurumlar arası uyumu sağlayabilmek için çok çeşitli elektronik ticaret yapıları geliştirilmektedir. Bunlar arasında eCo ve BizTalk'un özellikle incelenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu yapılar temel olarak XML (extensible Markup Language)'i almaktadır. Bu çalışmada eCo ve BizTalk kurumlar arası elektronik ticaret yapıları incelenmiş ve Hava Kuvvetleri Komutanlığı, Kara Kuvvetleri Komutanlığı ile 3 satıcı kurum arasında bir kurumlar arası elektronik ticaret modeli tasarlanmıştır. Bu tasarım, Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000 ile modellenmiştir.
