Sigara ile Pnömomediastinum arasında bir ilişki var mı?

Spontan pnömomediastinum genellikle genç erkeklerde ve nadir görülen bir klinik durumdur. Hastalar sıklıkla nefes darlığı ve göğüs ağrısı şikâyeti ile hastaneye başvururlar. Tanı için posteroanterior akciğer grafisi (PA akciğer grafisi) ve Bilgisayarlı Toraks Tomografisi (Toraks BT) yeterli olmaktadır. Bu makalenin amacı, sigara ve pnömomediastinum arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir.

Is there a relationship between smoking and Pnömomediastinum

Although spontaneous pneumomediastinum is a rare clinical condition, it is common in young men. Patients often go to do hospital with complaints of dyspnea and chest pain. Posteroanterior chest X-ray (PA chest x-ray) and Computed Thorax Tomography (thorax CT) are sufficient for the diagnosis.The aim of this article is to investigate the relationship between smoking and pneumomediastinum.
