Sekonder infertilitenin nadir bir nedeni: İntrauterin fetal kemiklerin uzamış retansiyonu
Fetal kemiklerin intrauterin retansiyonu nadir görülen bir tablo olup; hastalık kendini infertilite, menoraji,menometroraji, kronik pelvik ağrı ve tedaviye dirençli vajinal akıntı şeklinde gösterir. Çok nadiren de olsamensturasyon problemi yaratmadan sadece infertilite ya da kronik pelvik ağrı şeklinde de belirti verebilir.Tanı amacıyla transvajinal ultrasonografi dilatasyon kürtaj, histeroskopi ve histerosalpingografikullanılabilir. Ancak bu yöntemler içerisinde altın standart histeroskopi olmasına rağmen, bazen tedaviyedirençli kronik pelvik ağrı ya da menstural problemler nedeniyle yapılan histerektomi materyalininincelenmesi ile de tanı konulabilir. Tedavi fetal kemiklerin çıkarılması olup başta infertilite olmak üzerediğer şikâyetlerde belirgin düzelme sağlar.
Rare cause of secondary infertility: Prolonged retention of intrauterine fetal bones
Intrauterine retained of fetal bone is a rare clinical condition. The clinic presentation is infertility,menorrhagia, menometroraji, treatment-resistant chronic pelvic pain and vaginal discharge. Sometimeswithout creating problems of menstruation, it represents symptom as infertility and chronic pelvic pain. Fordiagnosis in a patient with the above-mentioned symptoms can use transvajinal ultrasonography, dilatationcurettage, hysteroscopy and hysterosalpingography. Although hysteroscopy is gold standard within thesemethods, sometimes it is diagnosed with examination of hysterectomy materials which is perform fortreatment resistant chronic pelvic pain or menstrual problems. Treatment is removal of fetal bones. Removalfetal bones cause particularly the significant improvement in other symptoms, including infertility.
