PRAGMATİZM VE YENİ KAMU İŞLETMECİLİĞİ

  Bu çalışmada, pragmatizm ile yeni kamu işletmeciliği arasındaki benzer özellikler karşılaştırmalı bir inceleme ile ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Yeni kamu işletmeciliği yaklaşımında pragmatizmin izlerini araştırmak üzerine odaklanan bu çalışmada, belgesel gözlem yöntemiyle ilgili kaynaklar incelenerek değerlendirilmiştir. Pragmatizmle yeni kamu işletmeciliği arasında bağlantılar kurulmasını sağlayacak kavramlar bilimsel bir titizlikle seçilerek irdelenmiş, böylelikle her iki yaklaşım arasındaki ortak noktaların belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.
