Liderlik Tarzının Çalışanın İş Tatmini ile İlişkisi ve Lidere Olan Güvenin Bu İlişkideki Rolü

Son dönemde liderlik üzerine yürütülen çalışmalar, özellikle dönüşümsel (transformational) ve etkileşimsel (transactional) liderlik tarzlarını esas almakta ve bu iki liderlik tarzının farklı örgütsel sonuçlar (iş tatmini, güven, örgütsel bağlılık, örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı gibi) üzerindeki etkisi ile ilgilenmektedir. Bu çalışmada da, dönüşümsel ve etkileşimsel liderlik tarzlarının çalışanların iş tatmini ile nasıl bir ilişki içinde olduğu ve bu ilişki içerisinde çalışanların liderlerine olan güvenlerinin rolü incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmaya 152 çalışan katılmıştır. Sonuçlar, dönüşümsel liderliğin çalışanların lidere olan güvenlerini ve iş tatminlerini etkilediğini göstermiştir. Ayrıca, dönüşümsel liderlikle çalışanların iş tatmini arasındaki ilişkide, lidere olan güveninin bir ara değişken rolü oynadığı ortaya konmuştur.
