Yönetim Eğitiminde Yeni Yaklaşımlar ve Hastanelerde Profesyonel Yönetici İhtiyacı

Bugün tüm dünyada yönetim eğitimi ile ilgili lisansüstü programlar büyük bir ilgi görmektedir. Bu ilgi beraberinde geçmişten günümüze yönetim eğitiminin sorgulanmasını gerektirmektedir. Sağlık kuruluşları çok sayıda otonomisi yüksek çalışanı bünyelerinde bulundurdukları için bu kuruluşların yönetimi oldukça zordur. Son yıllarda profesyonel yönetici yetiştirmeyi hedefleyen programlar sayesinde profesyonel sağlık yöneticilerinin sayısında bir artış söz konusudur. Bu gelişmeler hekim yöneticilerin otoritelerini tehdit edici bir durum olarak görülebilir. Bu çalışmada yönetim eğitimindeki yeni yaklaşımlar çerçevesinde sağlık kurumlarında profesyonel yönetimin önemi konu edinilmiştir. Yapılan literatür incelemesi sonucunda yönetim eğitiminde yeni yaklaşımların teorik bilgi sunumundan çok yönetimin, deneyim ve uygulama boyutunu ön plana çıkardıkları görülmüştür. Sağlık kuruluşlarının bu yeni yönetim yaklaşımları çerçevesinde yönetimi bir bilim olmaktan öte bir sanat olarak gören profesyonel yöneticilere ihtiyaç duydukları öngörülmektedir
