Yönetici Değerlendirmelerine Göre Hastanelerde Performans Ölçümü

Bu çalışmanın amacı, özel ve kamu hastanelerinin kalite, maliyet ve finansal performanslarını hastane yöneticilerinin görüşlerine göre karşılaştırmaktır. Araştırma Ankara ili metropolitan alanda bulunan toplam yirmi hastanede görev yapmakta olan 90 hastane üst düzey yöneticisini kapsamıştır. Veri toplama yöntemi olarak anket kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda özel hastanelerin kalite, maliyet ve finansal performanslarının kamu hastanelerinden daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Bu araştırmada hastanelerin performansı sadece hastane yöneticilerinin subjektif değerlendirmelerine göre ölçüldüğünden gelecekte daha güçlü araştırmalar tasarlayabilmek için objektif performans göstergeleri de dikkate alınmalıdır
