Hacer ÖZGEN, Sağlık Hizmetleri Finansmanı ve Hakkaniyet

Beklenmedik hastalıklarla karşılaştıklarında bireyleri veya hanehalklarını hastalığın finansal yükünden koruma temel amacı ile uygulanan sağlık finansmanı, farklı yollarla toplanan finansal kaynakların farklı şekillerde kullanımı ile sağlanmaktadır. Hakkaniyetli finansman, bireylerin veya hanehalklarının sağlık hizmetleri maliyetinden dolayı karşı karşıya bulunduğu finansal riskin ödeme gücüne göre dağıtılması anlamına gelmektedir. Ülkelere göre değişen şekillerde kullanılan çeşitli finansman yöntemleri, hakkaniyet açısından etkilere sahiptir. Bu makalede, sağlık finansmanı ve hakkaniyet arasındaki ilişki hakkında bilgi, yatay ve dikey hakkaniyet açısından ve farklı finansman kaynakları itibariyle sunulmaktadır
