Uterus Transplantasyonu Ve Etik

Son yıllarda transplantasyonda meydana gelen önemli gelişmeler, uterus transplantasyonunu da gündeme getirmiştir. Uterin faktör infertilitesi olan, bir çok hasta için transplantasyon umut ışığı olmuştur. Kadınların çoğu, sadece kendi doğurduğu çocuğa sahip olmak istemektedir. Ancak uterus transplantasyonu diğer transplantasyon cerrahilerinden ayıran en önemli özellik insanların yaşamlarını kurtarmak için değil, yaşam kalitesini artırmak amacıyla yapılmasıdır. Bu durum, birçok soru işaretini de gündeme getirmektedir. Uterus transplantasyonu, çağımızın tıp dünyasında yarattığı tıbbi ve bilimsel karmaşıklığı rağmen, bu konudaki etik sorular belki de daha fazla zorluklara yol açmaktadır. Bu derleme, uterus transplantasyonunun etik boyutunu ve anne-bebek ve donör açısından yarar ve risklerini değerlendirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır.

Uterine Transplantation And Ethics

In recent years, significant improvements occurring in transplantation which brought to the uterus transplantation. Transplantation is a beacon of hope for many patients who has uterine factor infertility. A lot of women would like to have a child that is born just your own. But uterus transplantation is the most distinctive feature other transplant surgeries not to save people's lives in order to improve the quality of life of people so that reason question mark comes up a lot. Although uterus transplantation, created by the medical and scientific complexity of our time in the medical world, perhaps ethical questions in this regard leading to more difficulties. This article reviews the ethical dimension of the uterine transplantation, to evaluate the benefits and risks to transplantation for mother-infant and the donor.
