SWI MR Görüntüleme İle Hipertansif Arteriyopati Tanısı Konulan Genç İnme Olgusu

Hipertansif arteriyopati(HA) beyin küçük damar hastalıklarının ileri yaşlarda en sık görülen nedenlerinden biridir. Mikro kanamalar ve beyaz cevher hiperintensiteleri ile kendini gösterir. Genellikle ileri yaşlarda görülmekle birlikte nadiren genç yaşlarda da görülebilmektedir. Bu olguda vücudunun sağ yarısında uyuşma şikayeti ile kliniğimize başvuran, yapılan görüntüleme tetkiklerinde T2, flair ve Susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI) sekans MRG sonrasında hipertansif arteriyopati tanısı konulan 31 yaşında erkek hasta paylaşılmıştır.

Hypertensive arterıopathy(HA) is one of the most common causes of brain micro-vascular diseases in older ages. It shows itself with micro-bleeding and white matter hyperintensities. Usually seen in older ages but also in younger ages rarely. A 31 -years old male patient was admitted to our clinic with a complaint of numbness in the right half of the body. MR ımagıng studies was performed wıth T2, Flair and SWI sequence were diagnosed as Hypertensive arterıopathy
