ANTALYA KOŞULLARINDA YETİŞTİRİLEN BAZI YERFISTIĞI (Arachis hypogaea) ÇEŞİTLERİNİN YAĞ İÇERİKLERİ VE YAĞ ASİDİ BİLEŞİMLERİ*
Yerf st ¤ ülkemizde tar m yap lan önemli tarla bitkilerinden birisidir. Bu çal flman n amac Türkiyede flimdiye kadar tescil ettirilmifl ve Antalya koflullar nda yetifltirilen yerf st ¤ çeflitlerinin ya¤ içerikleri ve ya¤ asidi bileflimlerini belirlemektir. Örneklerin ya¤ içerikleri soxhelet ya¤ ekstraktörü ile ya¤ asitleri bileflimi de GC-MS/FID cihaz kullan larak belirlenmifltir. Araflt rma sonucunda örneklerin toplam ya¤ içeriklerinin %49.15 (Batem-Cihangir) ile %54.95 (Florispan) aral ¤ nda da¤ l m gösterdi¤i görülmüfltür. Örneklerden elde edilen ya¤larda da alt farkl ya¤ asidinin varl ¤ tespit edilmifltir. Örneklerde tan mlamasyap lan ya¤ asitleri; palmitik, stearik, oleik, linoleik, araflidik ve behenik asitler olup bunlar s ras yla %9.58-11.82, %2.31-3.70, %39.80-55.09, %27.54-41.53, %1.17-1.66, %1.15-3.51 aral ¤ nda de¤iflmifltir. Analiz sonuçlar yerf st ¤ nda çeflide göre toplam ya¤ içeri¤i ve ya¤ asidi aç s ndan genifl bir varyasyonun oldu¤unu göstermektedir.
OIL CONTENT AND FATTY ACID COMPOSITION OF SOME PEANUT ( Arachis hypogaea ) CULTIVARS GROWN IN ANTALYA CONDITIONS
Abstract Peanut is one of the extensively cultivated field crops in Turkey. This study was conducted to determine the oil content and fatty acid composition of the certificated peanut cultivars which were grown in Antalya province. Total oil content was determined by using soxhelet apparatus and fatty acid composition of these oils was analysed by GC-MS/FID equipment. As a result, total oil content of these cultivars was ranged from 49.15% (Batem-Cihangir) to %54.95 (Florispan). The peanut oils composed from six different fatty acids. These fatty acids were palmitic, stearic, oleic, linoleic, arachidic and behenic acids and varied between 9.58-11.82%, 2.31-3.70%, 39.80-55.09%, 27.54-41.53%, 1.17-1.66%, 1.15-3.51%, respectively. This research results showed that there were large variation in oil content and fatty acid composition for these peanut cultivars.
