Kömür su karışımları tekolojisinde farklı yapıdaki Türk kömürlerinin stabilite özellikleri
Yapılan çalışma kapsamında; Zonguldak bitümlü, Soma yarıbitümlü ve İstanbul-Yeniköy linyit kömürleri ile hazırlanan kömür-su karışımlarının (KSK) stabilite özellikleri incelenmiştir. Polimerik yapıda Sodyum polistiren sülfonat' ın (PSS) dispersan ve Karboksi metil selüloz' un (CMC) stabilizör olarak kullanıldığı çalışmalarda; kömür cinsi, kömür boyutu, CMC konsantrasyonu ve bekletme süresinin stabilite üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiştir.
Stability properties of Turkish coals in different rank for the technology of coal-water slurries
In this study, stability properties of coal water slurries have been investigated. Experiments have been carried out on the coal samples which different in rank. Besides two different Turkish Lignites (Soma and Istanbul) also a bituminous coal (Thermal Code No. 434) of Turkish origin (Zonguldak) with medium volatile matter has been used. As an dispersant agent polymeric sodium polystren sulfonate (PSS) and as an stabilizer agent carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) have been used. During the tests; the effect of coal type, particle size, CMC concentration and duration on the stabilization have been investigated.
