II.Dünya Savaşı'nın bitimiyle, yönetim teorisi içerisinde organizasyonların birer sistem olarak ele alınması ve modellenmesi, işletmecilerin doğru zamanda doğru veriye olan ihtiyacını bir kat daha arttırmaktadır. İzleyen yıllarda bu sistematik yaklaşım, karar vericilerin karar aşamasında olabilir durumları da değerlendirmelerini gerektirmektedir. Bu bağlamda Karar Destek Sistemi yönetimi desteklemektedir. Bu çalışmada bir yapı kooperatifinin inşaat planının ve gereksinimlerinin belirlenmesi için farklı ekonomik değişkenlerle, farklı aidat miktarları için alternatifler/senaryolar üretilmiştir. İncelenen alternatif senaryolarla, yönetimin daha tutarlı kararlar vermesi sağlanmıştır.

End of 2. World War, modeling and consideration of the organizations like a system in the management theory is augmented the needs of the right data at the right time for the managers. In the following years, due to the systematic approach decision makers must consider all of the possible situations at the decision stage. Therefore Decision Support Systems support the managers. In this study, alternatives for diferent economical parameters and different subscriptions have been derived for determination of the needs and the construction plan of construction cooperative. Given the researched alternative scenarios, it has been provided that the management is more consistent in the decision making process.
