İstanbul metropoliten alanında hizmet faaliyetlerinin mekansal dağılımı üzerine analitik çalışmalar

Bu çalışmanın amacı, İstanbul kentinde hizmet faaliyetlerinin kentsel gelişmeyi nasıl etkilediğininbelirlenmesidir. Bu kapsamda kent içinde hizmet faaliyetlerinin mekansal olarak dağılımının nasıl ayrıştığınınveya uzmanlaştığının, ilçe ölçeğinde tespit edilmesidir. Bazı faaliyetlerin nasıl aynı alanda yer aldığınınuzmanlaştığının ve dağılımı ayrışan, alansal olarak uzmanlaşan ya da örtüşen faaliyetleri üzerinden ilçedüzeyinde tespit edilmektir. İlçeler ile ilçelere ait hizmet faaliyetlerinin dağılımı arasındaki ilişkilermütekabiliyet ve kümeleme analiz yöntemleri ile keşfedilmeye çalışılmış ve her bir değişkenin kategorileriarasındaki ilişkileri ve aynı zamanda değişkenler arasındaki kategorik bazda var olan çapraz ilişkileri Bertinçizelgesi ve Mütekabiliyet haritası ile İstanbul özelinde araştırmayı sağlayan bir yöntem kullanılmıştır. Sonuçta,Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu (TUIK) ve İstanbul Ticaret Odası (İTO) kayıtları temel alınarak gerçekleştirilen analizhizmetlerin mekansal organizasyonundaki değişimlerin ampirik bulgularla keşfine imkan tanımakta ve buözelliği ile diğer çalışmalardan ayrılmaktadır.

The spatial distribution of service activities in Istanbul metropolitan area

The aim of this study is to determine how the service activities affect urban development in İstanbulmetropolitan areas. In this context, the spatial distribution of service activities within the city of the arealspecialization or congurent structure or overlapping activities through districtlevel is to be determined. Relationsbetween districts and distribution of service activities belonging to districts are investigated via correspondenceand clustering analysis methods and a technique, which gives the opportunity to examine the relations betweenthe categories of each variable and the cross relations present between variables in a categorical basis by Bertincharts and correspondence maps in connection with Istanbul is utilized. In conclusion, based on TUIK (TurkeyStatistical Institute) and ITO (Istanbul Trade Chamber) records of services performed analysis of changes inspatial organization allows the empirical findings to the discovery and is distinguished from other studies withthis feature.
