Asimetrik evolvent helisel dişli çarkların bilgisayar simülasyonu

Bu çalışmada kremayer takımla imal edilen asimetrik evolvent profilli helisel dişli çarkların bilgisayarsimülasyonu ele alınmaktadır. Asimetri dişlinin aktif ve arka yanaklarının farklı kavrama açılı olduğunu ifadeeder. Dişli çark teorisi ve kremayer-tipi kesici takım geometrisi esas alınarak aktif, kök ve taban bölgelerini dekapsayan asimetrik evolvent helisel dişlinin tam matematik modeli verilmiştir. İzafi hız ve eş çalışma denklemigöz önüne alınarak dişlinin alttan kesme durumu da incelenmiştir. Asimetrik evolvent profilli helisel dişli çarkprofili oluşturan bir bilgisayar programı geliştirilmiştir.

Computer simulation of helical gears with asymmetric involute teeth

This paper studies the computerized tooth profile generation of involute helical gears cut by rack cutters withasymmetric teeth. The asymmetry means that different pressure angles are applied for driving and coast sides, respectively. Based on the theory of gearing and the geometry of straight-sided rack cutter, a completemathematical model of asymmetric helical gears including working region, root fillet and bottomland is given.Undercutting analysis is also investigated by considering the relative velocity and equation of meshing. Acomputer program is developed to generate the tooth profile of helical gears with asymmetric involute teeth.
