Okul Öncesi Öğretmenlerinin Hizmet İçi Eğitim Gereksinimlerinin Belirlenmesi

Bu araştırmanın amacı okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin hizmet içi eğitim ihtiyaçlarını ve bu programlara katılmaya yönelik görüşlerini belirlemektir. Araştırma tarama modelinde gerçekleştirilmiş olup, Çanakkale il genelinde, (94) okul öncesi eğitim kurumu ve bu kurumlarda görevli toplam 105 öğretmen araştırmanın çalışma evrenini oluşturmuştur. Öğretmenlere verilen anketlerin 90\'ı geri dönmüştür. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde frekans , yüzdelik (%), aritmetik ortalama ve X2 gibi istatistiksel teknikler kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın bazı temel bulguları şunlardır: 1- 16-20 yıl arası kıdeme sahip okul öncesi öğretmeni, daha önceki yıllarda düzenlenen hizmet içi eğitim programlarına diğer gruplara oranla daha fazla daha çok katılmışlardır. 2- ÖğretmenThe aim of this study is to determine the pre-school teachers\' in-service training needs and their opinions about joining the in-service training activities.
