Sosyal sorumluluklarının tanımları ve biçimleri nelerdir ve insanlar bunları hangi yollarla öğrenirler? Bu çalışmada; sorumluluk ve sosyal sorumluluk kavramları tanımlanmış, ardından eğitim kurumlarının sosyal sorumluluk ile ilgili üstlenmesi gereken görevleri tartışılmıştır. Sosyal bir varlık olarak insan önce kendine karşı ardından da yaşadığı çevreye karşı bir takım sorumluluklarını yerine getirmektedir. Bu sosyal sorumluluklar ailede, doğal çevrede ve okullarda kazanılır. Bu noktada öğretmenler bireysel ve sosyal sorumlulukların kazanımında anahtar bir role sahiptirler.

What are the desciriptions and forms of social responsibilties and in what ways people learn them? In this study, the concepts of responsibility and social responsibility are described and then the expected responsibilities and duties of educational organizations are discussed. Man, as a social entity, carries out responsibilities, first, for himself/herself then for the society s/he lives in. These social responsibilities are acquired in the family, in natural environments and schools. At this point, teachers have a key role in improving individual and social responsibilities.
