Son yıllarda, özellikle gelişmekte olan ülkeler tarafından yapılan kararlılık sabitleriyle ilgili çalışmalar eleştirilmekte ve bu çalışmaların güvenilirliği tartışılmaktadır. Gelişmekte olan ülkeler arasında yer alan ülkemizde yapılan çalışmalarının güvenilirliğinin artırılabilmesi için neler yapılması gerektiğini araştıran bu çalışmada güvenilirliği beş faktörün etkilediği ortaya konulmuştur. Ayrıca çalışmaların güvenilirliğin etkileyen faktörlerden biri olan metot seçiminde potansiyometrinin ne zaman seçileceği ve nasıl uygulanacağı tartışılmış, potansiyometrik yöntemdeki hesaplama yöntemleri sunulmuştur. Son olarak kullanılan hesaplama yöntemleri karşılaştırılmıştır.

In recent years there is a quite big controversy upon the reliability of the stability constant studies carried out in developing countries. This study was carried out to determine the steps to be taken to increase the reliability of the studies in our country, which is also a developing country, and it was concluded that there are five factors effecting the reliability of the data . Also the choice of method , one of the factors effecting the reliability , was discussed and the condition to choose potentiometry were evaluated . The ways of potentiometric calculations were also explained . Finally the calculation methods employed were compared .
