Cyprinion macrostomus un NOR Fenotipi ve Pliodi Düzeyi

Bu çalışmada, Cyprinion macrostomus\'un nükleolus organizatör bölgeleri (NORs) ve ploidi düzeyleri araştırıldı. Bu türün kromozom sayısı 3 çift metasentrik, 12 çift submetasentrik, 6 çift subtelosentrik ve 4 çift akrosentrik olmak üzere 2n=50 idi. NOR\'lar orta büyüklükteki 2 çift submetasentrik kromozomun kısa kollarının ucuna yerleşmiş olarak bulundu. NOR kalıpları Avrasya cyprinidleri ile benzer bulundu. İnterfazdaki nükleoluslar sayılarak ploidi seviyesi tanımlandı.

NOR Phenotype and Ploidy Level of Cyprinion macrostomus

In this study, nucleolus organizer regions (NORs) and ploidy level of Cyprinion macrostomus have been investigated. The diploid number of chromosomes of this species was 2n=50 consisting of 3 pairs of metacentric, 12 pairs of submetacentric, 6 pairs of subtelocentric and 4 pairs of acrocentric chromosomes. The NORs were detected to end the short arm of 2 pairs of medium sized submetacentric chromosomes. NOR patterns have been found to be identical with what has been found in most other representative Eurasian cyprinids. Ploidy levels have been described according to the number of interphase nucleoli.
