Programlanabilir lojik kontrolör (PLC) ile serada sıcaklık ve nem kontrolü

Bu çalışmada, programlanabilir lojik kontrolör (PLC) cihazı kullanılarak seralarda bitkilerin büyümesi için gerekli olan ortamın sıcaklık ve nem değerlerini sağlayan ve adına sera otomasyonu denilen bir sistem tasarlanmıştır. Bitkiler için gerekli olan çevre şartlarını sağlayan program, bilgisayarda hazırlanarak PLC cihazına yüklenmiştir. PLC, sensörlerden gelen ölçüm değerlerine göre serada ısıtma, havalandırma ve sera içinde hava sirkülasyonu sağlayan sistemleri kontrol etmektedir. Aynca havadaki bağıl nem değeri ile topraktaki nem oranı da sensörlerle ölçülerek ihtiyaç durumunda gerekli nemlendirme ve sulama sistemlerini çalıştırmaktadır. Tasarlanan bu sistem aracılığıyla sıvı ilaçlama maddeleri de sulama suyuna katılarak belirlenen tarihlerde ilaçlama işlemi yapılmaktadır. Havalandırma için açılan sera yapı elemanlarının rüzgar, yağmur, kar gibi dış çevre şartlarından etkilenmemesi için de sensörler kullanılarak koruma sağlanmıştır.

Control of temperature and relative humidity in the greenhouse by programmable logic controller (PLC)

In this study, a PLC system providing temperature and relative humidity values for greenhouse crops has been designed and implemented. The program providing necessary surrounding condition for crops, has been developed and loaded to the PLC. PLC controls temperature, climate and air circulation systems with aid of data provided from sensors. Also, relative humudity and soil moisture values are measured by sensors to operate humidity watering system when it is necessary. Liquid insecticide substances have been added in the irrigation water to apply insecticide process. Additionally various sensors have been used to protect greenhouse components from outside conditions such as wind, rain and snow.
