Controlled convergence matrix of conceptual design evaluation of gear design

The technical and technological topics that will bring the gear design to success are searched and examined in detail in this paper, which would satisfy the user or the consumer. The total design aproaches and phases, combining the technical and technological methods upon the product desing are defined. The total desing steps, the needs of the users, market research design demands, concept design, detail design, are called, as manufacturing and sales. The controlled convergence matrix method given in the concept design are applied to the gear design and the chosen concept design are produced and used.
