Laktasyon dönemindeki sıçanlarda deneysel ince bağırsak obstrüksiyonu sonrasında midede meydana gelen değişikliklerin ışık mikroskobu ve sem düzeyinde incelenmesi

Amaç: Bu çalışmada, hormonal etkileşimler sonucu metabolizmada değişiklikler yaptığı bilinen laktasyon döneminde, ince bağırsakta olayla-nan obstriiksiyonun, mide üzerine olan olası etkilerinin incelenmesi amaçlandı. Gereç ve Yöntem : Çalışmada Sprague-Dawley cinsi gebe sıçanlar kullanıldı. Deneklere, laktasyonun 7 ve 14. günlerinde kısmi bağırsak obstrük-siyonu uygulandı. Kontrol grubu deneklerde de cerrahi girişim aynı şekilde uygulanmakla birlikte obstrüksiyon gerçeklestirilmedi. Uygulamayı izleyen 14 ve 21. günlerde her iki gruba ait mide doku örnekleri alışılagelmiş Tarayıcı Elektron Mikroskop (SEM) ve Geçirmeli Elektron Mikroskop (TEM) izleme yöntemlerinden geçirildi. Gruplardan alman dokular hem SEM' da hem de yarı ince kesitleri toluidin mavisi ile boyanarak ışık mikroskopta değerlendirildi. Bulgular: Işık mikroskop ve SEM ile yapılan incelemelerde, kontrol grubu ile karşılaştırıldığında, mide mukozasında düzensiz bir görünüm ve epitelde bozulmalar ile bazı hücrelerde yozlaşma ve yapısal bozukluklar olduğunu saptadık. Sonuç: Laktasyon döneminde oluşturulan kısmi bağırsak obstrüksiyonu-nun mide mukozasında yozlaşmaya neden olduğu ve bağırsak tıkanıklığında içeriğin midede uzun süre beklemesine bağlı olarak, mide mukozasındaki bezlerin salgılama döngüsünü bozmakta olabileceği kanısına varıldı.

Investigation by light microscopy and sem of structural changes in the stomachs of lactational rats after experimental intestinal obstruction

Purpose: To study the possible effects of obstruction in the small intestine caused by the effect of hormonal interactions in metabolism. Materials and Methods: Sprague-Dawley rats were used in this study. Partial intestinal obstruction was applied on days 7 and 14 of lactation. We used the same surgical operations in the control rats but we did not apply an obstruction. Routine electron microscopic periods were applied to both groups of stomach tissue 7 and 14 days after the applications. The assessment was done on scanning electron microscope (SEM) and light microscope with toluidinc blue staining. Results: Assessment on light microscope and SEM showed that the stomach mucosa had an irregular appearance and had destruction in some cells of epithelium and had also some structural deformations in epithelium when compared to the control group. Conclusion: Partial intestinal obstruction when applied in the lactational period seems to cause destruction of the stomach mucosa and secretional cycle of the stomach mucosal glands.
