Bacak lokalize konjenital Becker nevüs

Becker nevüs, üst ekstremitelerin proksimalinde veya gövdenin üst kısmında yerleşen unilateral, hiperpigmente, sıklıkla kıl içeren kutanöz bir hamartomdur. Olguların büyük çoğunluğunda lezyon erkeklerde görülür ve geç çocuklukta veya adolesan dönemde başlar. Konjenital başlangıçtı ve alt ekstremite, yüz gibi atipik lokalizasyonlu olgular nadiren bildirilmiştir. Bu bildiride sol alt ekstremitede lokalize, konjenital bir Becker nevüs olgusu sunulmaktadır.

Congenital Becker nevus localized on the leg

Becker's nevus is a unilateral, hyperpigmented, and often hairy cutaneous hamartoma localized on the upper trunk or proximal upper extremities. In most cases, the lesion involves males and appears in late childhood or adolescence. There have been rare reports of cases with congenital onse: und atypical localization, such as the face and lower extremities. In this report, a case ot congenital Becker's nevus localized on the left lower extremity is presented.
