Farelerde klorprifos ve diklorvos' un humoral immun yanıt üzerine etkisi

Çalışmada, belirli süre (28 gün) ve dozlarda verilen organik fosforlu insektisit klorprifos ve diklorvosun (klorprifos 10, 20, 40 ve 80 mg/kg/ca/gün; diklorvos 30, 60 mg/kg/ca/gün) humoral bağışıklık üzerine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Bunun için 3 aylık, Swiss Albino ırkı, erkek, 80 adet fare kullanılmıştır. Fareler, çalışmanın l. ve 15. gününde ölü S. thyphi ile periton içi olarak immunize edilmiştir. Takiben 13. (birinci dönem) ve 28. (ikinci dönem) günlerde kan alınmış ve antikor titreleri değerlendirilmiştir. The effect of chlorpyrifos and dichlorvos on humoral immune response in mice

In this study, the effects of chlorpyrifos and dichlorvos that are organic phosphorous insecticides were investigated on humoral immune system during 28 days (chlorphyrifos at 10, 20, 40 and 80 mg/kg/bw/day, dichlorvos at 30, 60 mg/kg/bw/day).
