Bu çalışmada, vargel tezgahında düz konik dişli açmak için kullanılan Matterson mekanizması, üniversal freze tezgahına bağlandı. Konik düz dişlilerin açılması, özel çakılar kullanmaya gerek kalmadan sadece parmak freze çakıları ile sağlandı. Elde edilen konik dişlilerin boyut hassasiyetleri, özel konik düz dişli açma tezgahında (ZFTK 250/1) açılan aynı ölçülerdeki konik düz dişliler ile karşılaştırılarak, elde edilen sonuçlar değerlendirildi.

In this study, Matterson mechanism which is utilized to manufactue the straight bevel gear at the shaping machine was attached to universal milling machine. The manufacturing of the straight bevel gears were succeeded by only end mill cutter without using special cutters. After, the dimensional accuracy of the straight bevel gears was compared with those of a straight bevel gears which was manufactured at the same dimensions on the special straight bevel gear manufacturing-type machine (ZFTK 250/1). The results obtained were evaluated.
