Bu çalışmada, vargel tezgahında düz konik dişli açmak için kullanılan Matterspn mekanizması, dik işlem merkezli CNC freze tezgahına bağlanarak, konik düz dişlilerin açılması sağlandı. Bunun için, tasarlanarak imal edilen konik bir freze çakısı ile sağ ve sol diş yan yüz profilleri için hazırlanan CNC programları kullanıldı. Elde edilen konik dişlilerin boyut hassasiyetleri, universal kalıpçı freze ve özel konik düz dişli açma tezgahında (ZFTK 250/1) açılan aynı ölçülerdeki konik düz dişliler ile karşılaştırıldı [13]. Bulunan sonuçların yaklaşık olarak aynı olduğu görüldü.

In this study, the manufacturing of the straight bevel gears were succeeded, by attacting Matterson Mechanism which is utilized on the shaper to manufactur the straight bevel gears to the CNC vertical Milling Machining Center. The taper milling cutter designed and manufactured For this purpose and the CNC programing prepared for the profiles of the right and the left side faces of the teeth were used. Subsequently, the dimensional accuracy of the straight bevel gears was compared with those of a straight bevel gears which was manufactured at the same dimensions on the universal moulding cutter and special straight bevel gear manufacturing-type machine (ZFTK 250/1) [13]. It has been seen that results obtained were approximately the same.
