Tavuk Kesimhanesi Atıksu Arıtma Tesisi giriş ve çıkış suları ile arıtma çamurundaki vitamin düzeylerinin değerlendirilmesi

Bu çalışmada KÖY-TÜR Tavuk Kesimhane Atıksu Arıtma Tesisi arıtma çamurundaki A, E ve C vitamin düzeyleri yüksek performanslı sıvı kromatografisi [HPLC] ile tespit edildi. Elde ettiğimiz sonuçlara göre A, E ve C vitamin düzeylerinin sırasıyla tesis giriş suyunda 0.08±0.02 $mu g/ml$, 1.19±0.28 $mu g/ml$ ve 10.98+1.47 $mu g/ml$, çıkış suyunda 0.16±0.04 $mu g/ml$, 0.57+0.12 $mu g/ml$ ve 4.73+0.94 $mu g/ml$, arıtma çamurunda ise 0.11±0.05 $mu g/g$, 35.02±7.89 $mu g/g$ ve 12.76±2.97 $mu g/g$ arasında değiştiği belirlendi. Örneklerdeki vitamin düzeylerinin- toprağın organik madde içeriği ile biyolojik aktivitesine ve bitki gelişimine katkı sağlayabileceği sonucuna varıldı.

Evaluation of vitamin levels in influent, effluent and sludge of a Hen Slaughterhouse Wastewater Treatment Plant

In this study, levels of vitamin A, E and C in treatment sludge of KÖY-TÜR Hen Slaughterhouse Wastewater Treatment Plant were determined by high performance liquid chromatoghraphy [HPLC]. A, E and C vitamins were found to be 0.08+0.02 $mu g/ml$, 1.19±0.28 $mu g/ml$ and 10.98±1.47 $mu g/ml$ in influent, 0.16±0.04 $mu g/ml$, 0.57+0.12 $mu g/ml$ and 4.73±0.94 $mu g/ml$ in effluent, and 0.11±0.05 $mu g/g$, 35.02±7.89 $mu g/g$ and 12.76±2.97 $mu g/g$ in the treatment sludge, respectively. As a result, it can be said that vitamin levels of the samples can supplement the organic matter content and biological activity of the soil and plant growth.
