Levamisolün Gökkuşağı Alabalığı (Oncorhynchus mykiss, W)' nın bazı kan parametrelerine etkisinin araştırılması

Bu araştırmada gökkuşağı alabalık (Oncorhynchus mykiss)'larına, bir immünostimulant olan levamisolün 1, 5 ve 10 $mu$ g $ml^{-1}$ dozu ile 1 saat banyo uygulamasından sonra, bazı hematolojik parametrelerdeki değişimler araştırıldı. Uygulamanın 1, 7 ve 14. gününde kontrol ve deney balıklarının kuyruk venasmdan alman kan ile; eritrosit ve lökosit sayısı, hematokrit, hemoglobin miktarı ve eritrosit indeksleri (MCV, MCH, MCHC) saptandı. Araştırma sonunda; levamisol uygulanan balıkların hematokrit hemoglobin, eritrosit değer ve eritrosit indekslerinde pek fazla bir değişim görülmemiştir. The effect of levamisole on some blood parameters of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss, W)

In this study, alteration in some haematological parameters of Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) exposed to 1, 5 and 10 $mu$ g $ml^{-1}$ levamisole for one hour were investigated. On days 1st, 7th and 14th after bath treatment with levamisole; erythrocyte and leukocyte numbers, hematocrit, haemoglobin level and erythrocyte indexes (MCV, MCH, MCHC) were determined. There were no changes in hematocrit, haemoglobin and erythrocyte level and erythrocyte indexes of fish exposed to levamisole.
