Müzik egitimi, müziksel davranislari kazandirmak ya da müziksel davranis degistirme sürecidir. Bu süreç kapsaminda yürütülen "Program gelistirme" egitim sistemini bütün olarak ele almistir. Yeni program gelistirme yaklasimi ile olusturulan Bireysel Ses Egitimi dersi ögretim programi, ögrencilerin Güzel Sanatlar alaninda ve onun amaçlarina göre teknik anlamda gelismesine, kültürel faaliyetlere katilmasina, sosyal aktiviteler içinde olmasina, ögrenmeye dayali etkinlikler içinde bulunmasina firsat tanimaktadir. Bu ARA?TIRMADA, arastirma konusu olarak seçilen Bireysel Ses Egitimi ögretim programi Güzel Sanatlar VE SPOR Liselerinin ve Bireysel Ses Egitimi dersinin amaçlarinin gerektigi sekilde verilmesine olanak saglayan bir ögretim programidir. Yine bu arastirmada, Güzel Sanatlar VE SPOR Liseleri'nde okutulan Bireysel Ses Egitimi dersi ögretim programinin ses egitimi açisindan önemi, Güzel Sanatlar VE SPORLiselerinin kurulusu ve kurulusundan itibaren günümüze kadar Milli Egitim Bakanligi tarafindan olusturulan ve uygulanan Bireysel Ses Egitimi ögretim programlari incelenmistir. Bireysel Ses Egitimi ögretim programlarinda; programin amaçlari, programin temel yaklasimi, programin yapisi, incelenmis, ögretim programlarinin Güzel Sanatlar VE SPOR Liseleri ve Bireysel Ses Egitimi dersi amaçlarina uygunlugu ile aralarindaki farkli ve ortak yönler açisindan karsilastirma yapilmistir.

Musical education is the process of accusation and alteration of musical behaviors. In this process, 'Program Development' deals with the education system as a whole. The lesson of Individual Vocal Education developed by the new approach of program development enables the students to improve themselves in Fine Arts and its technical scopes, to take part in cultural and social activities and to give the opportunity to take part in educational activities. In this RESEARCH, Individual Vocal Education Program chosen for the thesis of this research is an educational program enabling to give the Individual Vocal Education in accordance with the purpose of Fine Arts AND SPORTS High Schools and the principles of Individual Vocal Education. In addition to this, the importance of Individual Vocal Education program given in Fine Arts AND SPORTS High Schools in terms of vocal education, the foundation of Fine Arts AND SPORTS High Schools, and the Individual Vocal Education Program developed by the Ministry of Education and carried out from its foundation to today are researched. In Individual Vocal Education Program; the aims of program, the basic principles of the program, the structure of the program are researched, Educational programs and the aims of Fine Arts AND SPORTS High Schools and the lesson of Individual Vocal Education are compared and contrasted.
