AKRİLİK TAM PROTEZLERDE KIRIK

Protez kırıkları oldukça sık görülen, hasta ve hekim için hem maddi, hem de manevi sıkıntılar getiren sorunlardan biridir. Bu araştırma ile İstanbul Üniversitesi Diş Hekimliği Fakültesi Total Parsiyel Protezler Bilim Dalı’na protez kırılması şikayeti ile başvuran toplam 150 hasta anket yöntemiyle incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın sonuçlarına gore en fazla kırığa maruz kalan protez tipi üst tam protezlerdir. Kırık ve çatlak protezler genellikle 3 yıldan uzun zamandır kullanılmaktadır. Kırık genellikle çiğneme sırasında ve orta hatta gerçekleşmektedir.
