MANDİBULAR SOL SANTRAL DİŞİN KÖK KANALINDA YABANCI CİSİM: BİR OLGU RAPORU

Yabancı cisimler hastalar tarafından kullanılan ve kök kanalında kırılarak kalan çeşitli nesnelerdir. Bu nesneler enfeksiyon odağı oluşturabilir ve ağrıya neden olabilir. Kök kanalında yabancı cisim bulunması nadiren karşılaşılan bir durumdur ve genellikle radyografik muayenelerde şans eseri tespit edilebilir. Bu olgu sunumunda, 24 yaşında bir erkek hasta, sol alt santral dişinin kanal tedavisi amacıyla, İnönü Üniversitesi Diş Hekimliği Fakültesi Endodonti kliniğine başvurmuştur. Yapılan radyografik muayenede kök kanalının koronal bölgesinde radyoopak bir cisim olduğu ve ayrıca apikal bölgede geniş bir radyolüsensinin mevcut olduğu belirlenmiştir. Kök kanalındaki yabancı cisimlerin kanal içinde bırakılması dişin prognozunu etkileyecektir. Kök kanallarındaki yabancı cisimler kanalda bırakılırlarsa dişin prognozunu etkileyeceklerinden kanaldan uzaklaştırılmalıdır. Fakat çıkarılamıyorsa yanından geçilerek by-pass tedavi tamamlanmalıdır. Bu nedenle kanaldaki cisim ultrasonik el aletleri ve K-tipi eğeler kullanılarak çıkartıldıktan sonra kök kanal tedavisi başarılı bir şekilde yapılmıştır

Foreign Object at Root Canal of Mandibular Left Incisal Tooth

Foreign objects are various substance which can be used by patients and break in root canals. These objects may form a focus of infection and cause pain. Foreign objects are rarely seen in root canals, and generally can beidentified by radiographic examinations. In this case report, a 24 year old male patient was admitted to the clinic, Inonu University, Faculty of Dentistry, Endodontics. for the treatment of the left lower central channel. In radiography with a radiopaque substance of the root canal in the coronal and apical regions also were found to be present in a wide radiolucent Objects left in the root canal will affect the prognosis of the tooth. Foreign objects must be removed from the channel in the root canal due to the fact that these substances will affect the prognosis of the tooth. But objects can not be removed, treatment must be completed with [yanından geçmek]. For this reason, after substance in the root canal removed with ultrasonic handpiece and Kfile, root canal treatment was conducted successfully.
