Unilateral invert maksiller üçüncü molar ile füzyon yapmış ikinci moların sunulduğu nadir görülen bir vaka raporudur. Ortodontik tedavi görmek isteyen 16 yıl kronolojik yaşa sahip kız hastanın Ankara Üniversitesi Diş Hekimliği Fakültesi Ortodonti Anabilim Dalı’nda alınan panoramik radyografisinde teşhis edilmiştir

A rare case of fusion of a unilateral inverted maxillary third molar and second molar is presented.
