Türkiye'de Tavuk Yumurtalarında Organik Klorlu Pestisid ve Poliklorlu Bifenil Bileşik Kalıntı Düzeylerinin Araştırılması
Halk sağlığı, zirai mücadele ve veteriner hekimlikte zararlılarla mücadelede pestisidler sıklıkla kullanılmaktadır. Bunlar
Hekzaklorobenzen (HCB), Beta-Hekzaklorosiklohekzan (β-HCH), Endrin, Aldrin, Heptaklorepoksit, Beta- Endosulfan (β-
Endosulfan), 4,4-DDE ve 4,4-DDT ile poliklorlu bifenil bileşiklerden PCB-28’in kalıntısı gaz kromatografi mikro elektron yakalama
dedektör (GC-μECD) cihazı ile incelenmiştir. Yapılan deneysel çalışmalarda incelenen bileşiklere ait geri alım değerleri Alfa-
Hekzaklorosiklohekzan (α-HCH) %86, Heptaklor %92, Hekzaklorobenzen (HCB) %71, Beta-Hekzaklorosiklohekzan (β-HCH) %73,
Endrin %80, Aldrin %75, Heptaklorepoksit %76, Beta-Endosulfan (β-Endosulfan) %70, 4,4-DDE %76, 4,4-DDT %86 ve PCB-28
için %76 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Yine aynı bileşiklerde tespit edilebilir kalıntı alt sınırı (LOD) Alfa HCH 2.49 ppb, Heptaklor 2.67
ppb, Hekzaklorobenzen (HCB) 7.23 ppb, Beta-Hekzaklorosiklohekzan (β-HCH) 0.69 ppb, Endrin 7.89 ppb, Aldrin 3.76 ppb,
Heptaklorepoksit 1.08 ppb, Beta- Endosulfan (β-Endosulfan) 2.89 ppb, 4,4-DDE 2.01 ppb, 4,4-DDT 2.67 ppb ve PCB-28 için 1.69
ppb olarak belirlenmiştir. Türkiye’nin altı ayrı ilinden bir yıl içerisinde elde edilen 230 yumurta örneğinde belirtilen organik klorlu
pestisidler ve PCB-28’in kalıntısına rastlanılmamıştır.
The Investigation of Organochlorinated Pesticides and Polychlorinated Biphenyls Residue Levels in Eggs of Hens in TurkeY
Pesticides are frequently used in public health, agricultural and veterinary area to control insects. In the course of
time, because of occurring harmful and permanent effects, organochlorine (OK) pesticides’s protection is stopped and banned. Although
their production is banned, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), which are gained by chlorinating hydrocarbones, are highly
persistent organic pollutants. In this study, alpha-HCH, heptachlor, hexachlorobenzene (HCB), beta-hexachlorosiklohexan (β-HCH),
endrin, aldrin, heptachlor epoxide, beta-endosulfane, 4,4-DDE and 4,4-DDT from organochlorine pesticides and PCB-28 from polychlorinated
phenyls are studied with gas chromatography micro electron capture detector (GC-μECD) instrument. In these experimental
studies, the recoveries of studied compounds are calculated as; alpha-hexachlorobenzene: 86 %, heptachlor: 92 % hexachlorobenzene
(HCB): 71 %, beta-hexachlorocyclohexane (β-HCH): 71 %, endrin: 80 %, aldrin: 75 %, heptachlor epoxide: 76 %, betaendosulfan(β-endosulfan): 70 %, 4,4-DDE: 76 %, 4,4 DDT: 86 % and PCB-28: 76 %. In these compounds limit of detection (LOD)
is determined as, alfa HCH: 2.49 ppb, heptachlor 2.67 ppb, hexachlorobenzene (HCB),:7.23 ppb, beta- hexachlorocylohexane (β-HCH): 0.69 ppb, endrin: 7.89 ppb, aldrin:3.76 ppb, heptachloro epoxide: 1.08 ppb, beta-endosulfane: 2.89 ppb, 4,4-DDE: 2.01 ppb,
4,4-DDT: 2.67 ppb and PCB-28: 1.69 ppb. There isn’t any defined organochlorine pesticides and PCB-28 residue in 230 egg samples
that are collected from six provinces of Turkey.
