Sığırlardan İzole Edilen Escherichia Coli Suşlarının Hemaglutinasyon Yeteneklerinin İncelenmesi Üzerine Çalışmalar

Bu araştırmada öz-eı ve devlet çiftliklerindaki sağ l ıklı sığırlardan elde edilen 19 E.coli suşlarının hemaglutinasyon spektrumları incelendi. izole ve identifiye edilen suşların hepsi glukoz, manitol, laktoz, indol ve metil kırmızısı pozitif olmasına rağmen H S, üre, V-P, sitrat. tryptose deaminase, lezine dekarboksilase testleri negatif sonuç vermiştir. Bütün suşlar hareketlidir ve hiçbiri hemolitik değildir. Kobay ve tavuk eritrositi kullanıldığında direk hemaglutinasyon % 68.4 pozitif olduğu halde koyun, tavşan, keçi ve sığır eritrositleri kullanıldığında hiçbir suş hemaglutinasyon vermemiştir.

A study on the bovine E - coli strains and their haemagglutination spectrums

In this investigation 19 E:coli strains wera obtained from the healthy cattle of some goverment and private farms and were tested for haemoglutination spectrum. · All the isolated and identified strains were positiv'8 for glucose, ınannitol , lactose, indole, methyl red wehere as they were negative for H ıS; urea, V-P, citrate,· trptos'8 deaminase, lysine decarboxylase tests. All the strains were motile; and none of them ıwere haemolytic. By using guineq pig and Chicken erytlırocytes, 68.4 % of E.coli strcıins 'were positive for haemaglutination; none of the stroins. agglutinated sheep, rabbit, goo't and cattle erythrocytes.
